Small Cow Manure Collector Structural Composition
The cow manure collector is used for collecting livestock manure on farms. The manure collector machine is constructed from Q355B material, which is the most durable steel, and is assembled with a frame and a hopper. The engine is powered by a diesel motor.
The manure cleaning shovel head of the machine is designed with widened scrapers on both sides, which can be customized according to the width of the feeding channel, quickly complete the manure cleaning work.
The rubber plate at the bottom of the shovel head is designed to be in close contact with the ground and not damage the ground.
A large area oil radiator is used to reduce the oil temperature and ensure the continuous normal operation of the engine.
The automatic manure unloading switch does not need to be operated manually, saving labor.

Adjustable scraper width
The hydraulic cylinder expands the scraper to both sides, and the maximum width of manure removal can reach 3.6 meters.
Bottom Wheel
By enabling the shovel to glide and roll on the ground, it reduces resistance, prevents damage to the surface, and lowers energy consumption.
Chain Lifting
When the manure scraper collects some excrement /feces, they will be transported to the rear via chains and rubber plates.
Inside auger
The rotating auger inside the box prevents manure from clogging at the entrance.
Operate Rod
Only one driver needs to sit in the cab and push the pull rod to complete the manure removal work, saving a lot of labor and easy to operate.
Oil Cooler
Utilize a large area oil cooler to lower oil temperature, ensuring the engine operates continuously and normally.
